4. Placing a description and photos of your property on the Americus area Multiple Listing Service with an automatic link to REALTOR.com, a national real estate search site. Once your listing goes national it can be picked up by other search sites such as Trulia. Research shows that about 75 percent of people looking to buy homes look first on the Internet.
5. Printing and circulating flyers about your property, and making them available to real estate agents and to prospective buyers who come to your home.
6. Advertising your property with photos in Premier Monthly, a high quality real estate magazine that is circulated in eight Southern states including Georgia and Florida. All advertising is at my expense.
7. Giving your buyer a free, one-year home warranty (on properties priced at $75,000 or higher) as an incentive to buy your house. The warranty covers the major systems in your house for one year. The home warranty is my way of thanking you for your business.
